At Adessi there has always been an effort to bring together teams of intelligent, positive, proactive, organised and creative individuals. From its early days in Jesmond, the agency recruited people with not just ambition to do well in their chosen career, but people who actually cared about what they were doing. This core ethos remains with the company right up until today, and so whilst the strengths and levels of experience now vary greatly, the one constant about the team at Adessi, is that they care about what they do, and they make sure they always do their best.

As an agency the business won the CIPR agency team of the year in 2008, and at individual level, the people within the company have won national design awards for illustration and creativity, event management, media relations, low budget campaigns and set national best practice in B2B communications and consumer project management.

In 2011 the business underwent the most significant restructure in its history. This enabled a much more focussed project management approach, which means the business now works in a way with clients which ensures we always deploy the best people and the strongest team on every project, big and small. We also set up a structure which recognises and rewards the individuals. Our new structure ensures that every skill, all experience and every persons individual contribution is acknowledged and through evidence is rewarded, giving every member of our team a direct stake in the overall success of the business.
